CRNA physician employment in Alaska :
Locums CRNA Fairbanks, Alaska (Willing to License)
Start: January 19, 2026Duration: 13 weeks
Practice / Schedule Details:
• Procedures begin at 7:30am provider must be onsite by 7:00am
• 12 CRNAs needed
• Ambulatory Surgery Center no high-acuity hospital cases
• Cases: General surgery, hernias, eyes, ears, sinus, general ortho, colonoscopiesNo urology
• Occasional OT (time + half after 40 hrs/week or 8 hrs/day)
• Housing: Surgery center physicians own a 3-bedroom duplex onsite; housing or travel provided
Skills / Block Requirements:
• Comfortable working independently
• Proficient with nerve blocks
• Common blocks performed:
• Interscalene (primary)
• Supraclavicular, Infraclavicular, Axillary (occasional)
• Adductor Canal, Genicular, PENG, Popliteal
• TAP blocks (occasional)
• Ability to place interscalene and adductor canal catheters
Volume:
• ~2,800 cases annually (daily varies)
Licensing:
• Active Alaska CRNA license required OR willing to license
