Job Title: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Ocala, FL Schedule: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends Required) Compensation: $32–$48/hour (based on experience) Night Differential: $4.25/hour Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with employer match, tuition assistance Position Overview A leading healthcare organization is seeking experienced Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-performing team at a 323-bed acute care facility designated as a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This role involves providing advanced, high-acuity cardiovascular critical care, including ventilator management and complex cardiac case support, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver specialized CVICU nursing care, including ventilator management and vasoactive drip titration • Monitor and manage high-acuity cardiovascular patients • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality • Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and discharge instructions • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a trauma and stroke-certified setting Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ICU RN experience (within the past 2–3 years) required • 2+ years of PCU experience may be considered • Active Florida RN license (Compact license accepted; must obtain FL license within 60 days if needed) • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred • AHA BLS certification required within 30 days of hire • AHA ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
