Role Responsibilities: • Deliver direct patient care to assigned surgical patients in the operating room. • Lead nursing efforts by utilizing the nursing processassessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans within a shared governance model. • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote evidence-based practices and maintain a healing environment. • Support complex surgical procedures in specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology, Cardiovascular, Plastics, ENT, Urology, and Gynecology. • Operate within an environment equipped with advanced technology such as Da Vinci Surgical Robot, Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery systems, and a Hybrid OR for vascular procedures. Qualifications & Desired Experience: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred). • Current Arkansas or Compact State Registered Nurse license in good standing. • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience strongly preferred. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications encouraged. • Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential. Schedule & Contract Details: • Contract position supporting weekday night shifts (2+ days) and every third weekend (Fri-Sun). • Day shift hours typically from 06:30 to 15:00. • On-call responsibilities are required. • Start date preferred within 3-5 weeks.
