An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing. This position requires a Pennsylvania RN license and a minimum of two years of clinical experience, including hands-on expertise in cardio-thoracic procedures. The role plays a critical part in supporting complex heart cases in a dynamic surgical environment.

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with demonstrated cardio-thoracic surgical expertise.
• Ability to manage and assist with cardiovascular cases and maintain a high standard of patient safety.
• Flexibility and reliability to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing direct perioperative nursing care in cardiovascular surgery cases.
• Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedure flow and patient well-being.
• Participating in on-call schedules including weekday call 1-2 times weekly and weekend call approximately 1-2 times every six weeks.
• Adhering to strict safety standards and hospital policies during all cardiac surgical interventions.
Shift/Hours:
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• On-call coverage requires flexibility, with weekday call extending until case completion and weekend call spanning from Friday afternoon through Monday morning.
