A skilled Registered Nurse with Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience is needed to support surgical care at a healthcare facility in Loveland, CO. The position supports a 4x10-hour day shift schedule, providing a focused workweek from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Core Responsibilities: • Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures within a 12 OR room setting. • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including scrub techs, maintaining a ratio of 1-2 RNs and 1 ST per room. • Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in line with established protocols and patient safety standards. • Utilize Epic system for accurate electronic charting and patient documentation. • Participate in on-call rotations and float between units as needed to ensure continuous patient care coverage. • Adhere to facility policies regarding scrub attire, including wearing navy scrubs. Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of 1 year CVOR nursing experience. • Active Colorado or Compact RN license. • Current AHA BLS certification. • Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts as per unit requirements. • Strong teamwork and communication skills suited to a fast-paced operating room environment.
