
CVOR Registered Nurse | Mountain Home, Arkansas in Midway, AR
Job Description
A nursing opportunity is available in a surgical setting for dedicated Registered Nurses with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) care. This contract role is located in Mountain Home, AR, and offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-advanced environment.

Qualifications/Desired Experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) encouraged
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
Schedule/Hours
• Day shift
• 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (06:30 AM 03:00 PM)
• On call required for weekday nights and every third weekend
Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in the CVOR and surgical nursing unit with a focus on patient advocacy
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary nursing teams to deliver evidence-based care
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans via Shared Governance
• Work with advanced technologies including Da Vinci Surgical Robot, navigational spinal and ENT surgery tools, and operate within a Hybrid OR for vascular procedures
