Responsibilities: • Deliver direct patient care and provide leadership within the nursing team in a 13-room OR/CVOR facility averaging 650 cases monthly • Care for patients undergoing diverse surgical procedures including general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, urology, and gynecology • Utilize advanced technology such as DaVinci Surgical Robot, navigational spinal/ENT surgery, and hybrid OR vascular procedures • Employ the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a shared governance model • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote evidence-based practices and a healing culture Schedule and Commitments: • Day shift, 5 days per week (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) • On-call responsibilities and weekday nights (2+ evenings) plus every third weekend rotation supporting patient care needs This role is an excellent fit for a dedicated nurse passionate about surgical care and patient advocacy who is open to a contract assignment.
