Your Role as a Registered Nurse
• Oversee patient care, lead assessments, customize care plans, and promptly address patient concerns to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Develop meaningful connections with patients and their families to understand their unique recovery needs.
• Work collaboratively across departments to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Act as a resource to your colleagues, assisting with complex patient care needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate the triumphs and milestones achieved by our patients.
Qualifications
• A valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
