Responsibilities include preparing patients for their visits, ensuring smooth patient flow, assisting providers with various treatments and procedures, administering medications, and supporting clerical tasks such as scheduling and referrals using our electronic medical records system. Type of Opportunity: Part time FTE: 0.5 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care for nurse visits and telephone triage following clinic staffing models. • Manage medication refill requests as an authorized agent of the provider utilizing approved nursing protocols. • Ensure patient-centered care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and equitable. • Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: • Associate's degree in nursing. • Current State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. • BLS certification required at the time of hire.
