Apply today to learn more!The Danvers Treatment Center is a detoxification program dedicated to helping men and women by providing 24 hour nursing care to monitor an individual’s withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process. The Nurse (RN) position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a critical impact in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.The Detox Nurse’s Responsibilities Are:Records and reports all observed symptoms, reactions to treatments and changes in patients safety statusCollaborates with team in providing health information and maintains clients’ medical recordsResponds to patient care needs/issues and assists patients with activities of daily living, promoting a positive therapeutic environmentAssists with the admitting, discharge and transfer processParticipates in treatment team meetings & assists with development of care plansAdministers medications to patientsQualifications:Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered NurseCurrent certification in CPRExperience with addiction treatment services preferred, but not required. Pay Range: $38.76 - $52.17The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
