Posting Date 07/02/2025 1208 N Arlington Ave, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219-3203, United States of America DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (Charge Nurse) who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Some requirements for this position: • At least 6 months dialysis experience is required. • At least 18 months of registered nurse experience is required • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana • Must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, with 10-12 hour shifts - no on call required! • Comfortable floating as needed to clinics within your area • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree What you can expect: • Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge - comfortable working hands on with patients throughout their treatment cycle. • Supervising a team of PCTs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure proper compliance of treatment care to ensure safety and comfort of your patients • Help guide, coach, train other teammates to enhance the overall performance and clinical outcomes for your team What we'll provide: • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Support for you and your family: family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more! • Paid training and growth opportunities available ​At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
