You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Some requirements for this position: • At least 6 months dialysis experience is required. • At least 18 months of registered nurse experience is required • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana • Must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, with 10-12 hour shifts - no on call required! • Comfortable floating as needed to clinics within your area • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree What you can expect: • Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge - comfortable working hands on with patients throughout their treatment cycle. • Supervising a team of PCTs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure proper compliance of treatment care to ensure safety and comfort of your patients • Help guide, coach, train other teammates to enhance the overall performance and clinical outcomes for your team What we'll provide: • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Support for you and your family: family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more! • Paid training and growth opportunities available ​At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
