Your Role Will Include • Providing direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis. • Supervising treatments, performing patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. • Building strong relationships with patients to support their recovery process. • Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and best practices. Qualifications • Current RN license as required by state regulations. • CPR certification. • ACLS certification within one year of hire. • CRRN certification preferred; assistance available to obtain it. • 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required. • 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
