Your Role and Responsibilities As a Dialysis RN, your responsibilities will include: • Delivering direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis. • Conducting patient assessments, supervising treatments, and developing personalized care plans. • Fostering meaningful connections with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery. • Providing education to nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients, the use of hemodialysis equipment, and best practices in patient care. Qualifications We Seek • Current RN license in compliance with state regulations. • CPR certification. • ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hiring. • Preferred CRRN certification (we can assist you in obtaining this certification if needed). • A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required. • Preferred 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
