Your Role Will Involve: • Delivering direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis. • Supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. • Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their holistic needs during recovery. • Educating nursing staff on dialysis care standards, equipment, and practices. Qualifications: • Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. • CPR certification required. • ACLS certification within one year of hire. • CRRN certification preferred (assistance in obtaining it is available). • Minimum of 6 months experience in dialysis nursing. • 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
