Your Role Will Involve:
• Providing dedicated care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising treatments, conducting thorough patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educating nursing staff on care standards for hemodialysis patients and equipment.
Qualifications Required:
• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred; we offer support to obtain it if needed.
• A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
