Your Role as a Hemodialysis Nurse Your responsibilities include: • Providing direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis. • Supervising treatments, conducting assessments, and creating personalized care plans. • Building relationships with patients to understand their needs and aid in recovery. • Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care and standards. Qualifications • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. • CPR certification. • ACLS certification within one year of hire. • CRRN certification preferred (we will assist in obtaining it). • 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required. • 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
