Join a dynamic dialysis nursing team providing critical care in a contract position based in San Bernardino, CA. This role requires a registered nurse skilled in dialysis treatments, including hemodialysis, pheresis, and chemotherapy infusions. You will support patient care using advanced medical equipment such as IV pumps and work within an electronic medical records system. This opportunity involves 1-2 days of on-call duties. Key Responsibilities: • Administer specialized dialysis and infusion therapies including hemodialysis, pheresis, and chemo • Monitor patient vitals and responses during procedures • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care • Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems • Adhere strictly to unit policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines • Be flexible to float to similar or lower acuity areas if staffing needs require Qualifications and Experience: • Current RN license in good standing • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required before start • Dialysis experience is essential • Emergency Room or Intensive Care Unit experience highly preferred • Chemo certification and EPIC EMR experience are advantageous but not mandatory • Demonstrated ability as a flexible team player who adapts well to change Location Insight: San Bernardino, CA is a vibrant city featuring a diverse community, with convenient access to cultural, recreational, and natural attractions.
