Job ID: 133720 Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $34.33 to $49.75 per hour in Albuquerque, New Mexico Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner's full-time day shift team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse: Provide high-quality, compassionate, individualized care for patients during their rehabilitation journey. Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans to support recovery goals. Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Support staff as a clinical resource and assist with complex patient needs. Celebrate milestones and successes throughout the patient's rehabilitation. Key Requirements for the Registered Nurse: Current and valid RN licensure (state-specific). CPR certification required (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility. 1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (within the last 5 years) preferred; however, other experience will be considered. This is for day shift- however, night shift is available also Compensation and Schedule for the Registered Nurse: Hourly pay range: $34.33 - $49.75, based on experience and certifications.
