This includes deploying a team of clinical experts both in-person and virtually paired with proprietary technology to provide instant leverage for the community and fill gaps in care – without disrupting the current care. We honor seniors’ existing care team including primary care via wraparound services to give the seniors the high-quality care and support they deserve, on their terms. Position Overview: Savoy Life is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations which is a brand-new role to support this new chapter at Savoy! This role includes managing RNs who provide care coordination with seniors and their care team as well as building on the existing foundation to further build out the RN role within Savoy. Note this role requires an active RN license. Key Responsibilities: • RN Manager • Manage a growing team of RN care coordinators • Hire, onboard, train/shadow, and complete competency checks for new hires • Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource for on-site staff to support high-quality resident care. • Identify improvement opportunities through team feedback, direct and indirect observation and then build the structure and training to execute on those changes • Clinical Operations Support • Overall, roll up sleeves to support everything from frontline clinical workflows to behind-the-scenes operational execution • Support day-to-day operations for the Savoy care team to ensure team is supported, optimal resident needs are met, and customers are happy • Grow and strengthen the overall clin ops company foundation in a wide variety of activities ranging from building processes for non-RN roles to providing inputs on new technology builds to creating training materials to maintaining a clean shared file • Assist in designing, implementing, and refining clinical workflows, protocols, and standard operating procedures • Support operational scaling efforts by documenting processes, training staff, and adapting workflows as programs evolve • Help maintain clinical compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements through audits, documentation, and process oversight Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Strong background in geriatric/senior care, with depth of experience in care coordination with complex patients • Experience managing nurses & passionate about leading a team • Experience working in or with senior living communities Skills & Competencies: • Passionate and motivated by Savoy’s mission and vision • Demonstrates a strong “yes-and” mindset - steps in wherever needed to support the team and organization, prioritizing outcomes over personal task preferences or rigid role boundaries • Strong ability to create structure from scratch as well as improve existing structure • Strong leadership skills with focus on building strong relationships, supporting a positive culture, and ensuring outcomes are met • Proficiency in learning and leveraging an array of technologies • Detail oriented with ability to leverage technology to stay organized and track a variety of moving pieces • Strong ‘say do’ ratio i.e. ability to complete tasks based on agreed upon date, or communicate clearly and early if date must be delayed • Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, solve problems, and adapt to new processes as the role and organization evolve. • Ability to juggle many tasks and switch between tasks throughout the day • Purpose-driven with a positive attitude to contribute towards a strong culture and passionate about improving senior care • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and growing startup organization as the role and company evolve Benefits: • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family • Paid maternity and paternity for 14 weeks at employees' normal pay • Unlimited PTO, with management approval • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning • Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives available Salary: $140-155k with noted benefits above Travel: 30-40% *although higher in first couple months to learn Mission We make healthcare work for seniors and their caregivers.
