Your Responsibilities: • Leadership and Administration: Supervise in the absence of the Administrator, enforce policies and procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold best practices. • Budget Oversight: Assist in preparing and managing the departmental budget to optimize resource allocation. • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and assess nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional advancement. • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Monitor and evaluate nursing services to improve resident care, creating systems that enhance well-being and independence. What We Require: • RN License: A current Registered Nurse license from the State Board of Nursing, along with proven managerial and administrative abilities. • Experience: Preferably with a background in long-term care or geriatric populations, accompanied by at least two years in a supervisory role. • Strong Organizational Skills: Expertise in program organization and planning, personnel assignment, and report evaluation to propel quality improvement efforts.
