Registered Nurse (RN) – Boca Raton Area

We are a rapidly expanding Private Duty Home Health Agency dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to seniors in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a caring, motivated, and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and oversee client care, supervise CNA/HHAs, and support our growing caseload.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform initial assessments, admissions, and routine client re-evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of CNA/HHAs
• Conduct supervisory visits and ensure compliance with agency policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, and caregivers
• Document all visits, assessments, and communications in a timely and accurate manner
• Report any changes in client condition to the appropriate parties
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients and staff
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, ongoing training, and agency meetings

Requirements:
• Active RN license (required)
• Current CPR certification, physical exam, and TB test or chest X-ray
• Minimum 3 years of direct-care experience, preferably in geriatrics
• Reliable transportation for client visits and evaluations
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and staff
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check and complete I-9 verification

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
