Director of Nursing, Women's and Children's in Beavercreek, OR

Magee Resource Group has partnered with a leading children’s hospital to recruit a Nursing Director, Women's and Neonatal Services. This nurse executive will oversee Mother & Baby Unit, Labor & Delivery, and Neonatal ICU. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer and with 3 Nurse Managers directly reporting to the role, this Director carries operational, financial, and strategic responsibility. The ideal candidate is an experienced Director with strong expertise in Women’s and Children’s Services, proven leadership in complex healthcare settings, and the ability to build trust across nursing and physician teams while driving results in a unionized environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4+ years of leadership experience at the director level within women’s and children’s/NICU.
• BSN required; master’s degree completed or in progress preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, labor relations, and workforce planning.
• Academic health system experience is strongly preferred.
