Essential Functions: • Integrity: Ensure daily patient care and client services comply with relevant laws and regulations. • Compassion: Promote respectful treatment for patients, clients, and their families. • Customer Focus: Collaborate with the general manager or franchise owner to recruit and retain qualified caregivers while continually assessing their performance and ensuring their proper training. • Innovation: Develop and implement new processes and training programs to enhance patient care and client service practices. • Financial Responsibility: Manage resources efficiently in the office and field related to patient care and services.
