Job Description
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.
• 0 - 6 months experience is required.
• Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Pay Range
Staff Nurse I - $33.00 - $41.80

Opportunity Overview
Up to $30K in Commitment Bonus Incentive
The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilities associate with professional practice. This process is a 12 month clinical program.
As a Nurse Resident, You Will
• Be part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses
• Work side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientation
• Participate in simulation laboratory experiences
• Be mentored by a nurse educator
• Complete rotation with other key health care professionals in several units
• And, much more!
