Job Details:

As a key member of our dynamic Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality care to acute patients and their families in line with Cambridge Health Alliance's nursing standards. Your role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care with professionalism while showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapid patient turnover.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• 1-2 years of Emergency RN experience preferred
• Basic EMR computer proficiency required
• Completion of a job-specific physical agility exam is necessary for all newly hired candidates

Newly hired experienced RNs committed to a minimum of two years at CHA may qualify for a $10,000 retention bonus. Part-time employees may be eligible for a prorated retention bonus. Please consult your HR Advisor for more details.
