Responsibilities include:
• Demonstrating clinical competence through the nursing process and establishing strong nurse-patient relationships.
• Assessing and addressing patient needs, developing care plans, and evaluating the care provided.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN or MSN preferred).
• Current Connecticut RN license.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Able to obtain and maintain CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
