Location: Cascade, MT Responsibilities: • Perform safe and accurate triage, assessing physical and psychosocial patient needs. • Communicate effectively with Emergency Room physicians and Advanced Practice Providers regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results. • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and treatment responses. • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, allied health staff, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. • Provide guidance to Emergency Department technicians, registration staff, and allied health personnel. • Follow directions from Emergency Department leadership, providers, and nursing management. Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC). • Previous experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred. • Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a dynamic healthcare environment.
