Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Powell, WY in Garland, WY

An opportunity is available for an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a dynamic, rural hospital setting. This contract role is based in Powell, Wyoming, offering a unique chance to work at a critical access facility known for delivering comprehensive emergency services to all age groups and medical conditions.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in an emergency department, demonstrating skills in patient assessment and treatment across a broad spectrum of emergencies. Certifications required include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC). Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records is essential.

Schedule/Hours:
• Night shifts, typically from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule as needed
• Position start date is December 29, for a 13-week duration

Core Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages and medical conditions
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document and coordinate patient care
• Respond efficiently to emergent situations with appropriate interventions
