Position: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse
Location: Panama City, FL 32405
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:
• $27.72/hr – Entry Level
• $33.00/hr – 5 years of experience
• $36.30/hr – 10 years of experience
• $39.60/hr – 15 years of experience

Sign-On Bonus:
• $10,000 – Days
• $15,000 – Nights

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to critical emergencies. This role requires quick assessment skills, strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously. The ER RN will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER or acute care experience (within the last year); strong ICU or PCU experience may also be considered
• Active Florida RN license or multistate license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma in Nursing
• BLS – required prior to start
• ACLS – within 90 days of start
• PALS – within 90 days of start
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 90 days of start

Key Responsibilities:
• Triage, assess, and provide care for patients of all ages
• Develop individualized care plans and identify expected outcomes
• Manage multiple cases while prioritizing patient needs
• Provide patient education, follow-up instructions, and coordinate referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital departments while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
