Emergency Room Nurse (RN) - Dayton, NV in Dayton, NV

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Department experience to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This contract position offers a structured 12-hour day shift schedule beginning mid-January and requires weekend availability. Candidates with a full schedule commitment through the end of January and early February are preferred.

Responsibilities include:
• Delivering acute care to emergency patients, ensuring quick assessment and accurate intervention
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective treatment plans
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Adhering to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrating strong communication and patient advocacy skills in a hectic setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current, active Registered Nurse license
• Proven experience working in an Emergency Department or similar acute care environment
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (as applicable)
• Up-to-date immunizations or documentation of vaccination/declination for MMR and Varicella
• Ability to work weekends and full shifts as scheduled
• Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to start, with full compliance profile completed within two weeks
