Schedule/Hours: • Mid shift: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Rotation support: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as needed • Weekend requirement: every other weekend • Shift type: 3x12 hour day shifts Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients following established protocols • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2-3 to ensure attentive care • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment plans • Float within scope of practice to support various facility needs • Uphold safety standards, including Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) when called upon Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Room nursing required • Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications • CPI certification preferred, with on-call responsibility when needed • Open to candidates currently living locally; pending licenses not accepted This contract opportunity offers flexibility with block scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in emergency care.
