Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide critical care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting requiring expertise in both adult and pediatric patient care. This role involves floating to the Pediatric ER approximately one shift per week, adapting to the evolving needs of the unit. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in adult and pediatric emergency nursing and be prepared to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic environment. Key Qualifications and Experience: • Registered Nurse (RN) with Emergency Room (ER) experience. • Experience in both adult and pediatric emergency care. • Current certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). • Acceptance of declination only for Booster; no religious or medical declination accepted for Flu or COVID series. • Flexibility to float to Pediatric ER shifts as needed. Shift Schedule: • 36- or 48-hour days. • Primarily 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Specific days to be discussed during the interview process. Position Type: • Contract assignment for 13 weeks.
