Emergency Room Nurse (RN) - Worcester, MA in Auburn, MA

An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Emergency Room (ER) experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department, prioritizing urgent cases effectively.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments per protocols.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all interventions and progress.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing critical interventions as necessary.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with ER nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Ability to work independently and function effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts including weekends and rotating holidays.

Schedule:
• 36 hours per week.
• Night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
