Our Emergency Department consists of a 16-bed unit, inclusive of 4 vertical chairs and 4 treatment rooms that can be adapted for behavioral health needs. We provide timely and acute care for a variety of urgent medical conditions, from chest pain and infections to fractures.

Job Summary and Qualifications:
The Registered Nurse will lead the delivery of nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education, while implementing medically prescribed interventions.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with completion of BSN within 5 years of hire. Exemptions may apply based on prior experience.
• License: Must maintain active RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may also be applicable.
• Certification: Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Experience: Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience required.
