A registered nurse opportunity is available in an emergency room setting requiring at least two years of ER experience. Schedule/Hours: • 12-hour shifts • Day and evening shifts available (3:00 AM and 3:00 PM start times) • Approximately 36 hours per week Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in accordance with hospital protocols • Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and assist with emergency procedures • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Respond to varying patient acuity levels and assist as needed within the ER department Qualifications: • Registered Nurse with an active Minnesota license (non-compact state) • Minimum two years of experience in an emergency room setting • Current certifications: NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) all AHA certified • Ability to float within the ER as needed • Weekend and holiday availability as required • Temporary MN License holders may be considered if license expiration aligns with contract duration Additional Information: • This is a contract role offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to an esteemed healthcare team • A turnaround time for start is expected within seven days or less • Submittal items include cover sheet, resume, active licenses and certifications, and a skills checklist Candidates with the indicated experience and credentials are encouraged to apply to take advantage of this dynamic nursing opportunity in the Eden Prairie area.
