An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room expertise to provide critical care during night shifts in a busy Trauma Level III emergency department. This role is ideal for experienced ER nurses dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care across diverse age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to a varied patient population. Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:6 efficiently and effectively. Utilize Cerner EMR system to document patient information accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal trauma-level responsive care. Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards throughout the night shift. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting. Competence in managing trauma patients at a Level III facility. Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), 36 hours per week. Must reside 50+ miles away from Lisbon, NH, as local candidates are not being considered.
