Responsibilities: • Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients in the Emergency Room according to established standards. • Supervise and direct nursing staff activities, ensuring efficient teamwork and quality care. • Collect and analyze data relevant to patient health to inform diagnosis and care planning. • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to provide a safe, healing environment. • Educate patients, families, and team members on health information and care processes. • Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth continuity of care. • Delegate appropriately and manage the duties of the healthcare team. • Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California (required). • Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required). • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire (required). • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required). • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Acute care experience preferred. • Strong critical thinking, judgment, and supervisory skills.
