Working closely with medical providers and the healthcare team, you will deliver compassionate care and act as an advocate for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: • Regularly assess and manage patient pain, ensuring effective interventions. • Carry out medical procedures as directed and document all care provided thoroughly and promptly. • Respond quickly to patient requests, anticipating needs proactively. • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies. • Promote healthy lifestyle changes through educational support. Qualifications: • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred). • Current RN licensure in the state(s) of practice or an active compact license. • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
