Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) – 3x12 Shifts / CCU / PCU Location: Great Fallas, MT Shift: 3x12 (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, some weekends) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic ER team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, emergency care environment. Healthcare#4001 Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department following established nursing principles and procedures. • Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapy. • Operate and maintain manual and electronic medical equipment. • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver excellent patient care. • Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications: • Degree from an accredited nursing program (Required). • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience required. • Current MT State RN license. • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Basic computer knowledge and office skills.
