Work Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays (United States of America)
Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $48.50. Actual pay rate is dependent upon experience.
Exciting Opportunity! You may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $15,000!
This role requires shifts of 6am-6pm, 11am-11pm, and 6pm-6am; working 72 hours every two weeks.
Additional Compensation: Earn a $3 shift differential for hours worked between 7pm and 7am, $2 for weekends, and $5 for weekend nights!

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional nursing care by reviewing physician prescriptions, developing nursing care plans, and effectively communicating with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough assessments by obtaining medical histories, examining patients, and establishing detailed nursing diagnoses.
• Educate patients and families about health care requirements, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic patient care environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Document patient care meticulously in records to maintain accurate and complete information.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for patient care at all times.
• Continuously improve your nursing skills and stay informed about best practices in healthcare.
Essential Qualifications: You must be able to work the specified hours and efficiently perform job functions. Skills required include effective communication, visual acuity for performing duties, and the ability to understand and respond to verbal cues. Required Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Board of Nursing required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
