Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:
• 12 months of Endoscopy experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Covid Boosters are preferred but not required.

Zone 2: (based in Salt Lake, UT)- Holy Cross Davis Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley West Hospital, Holy Cross Salt Lake Hospital, Holy Cross Mountain Point Hospital

• Float Requirements:
• Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”.
• Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.

BLS must be AHA.
