What You’ll Do: • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures • Assess patient needs—physical, emotional, and educational—and develop care plans accordingly • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes • Educate patients and families to support recovery and understanding • Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members across departments • Embrace flexibility and support team staffing needs across units when needed • Engage in continuous learning and adapt to healthcare innovations with a positive attitude If you're a problem-solver, a team player, and thrive in a dynamic care environment—we’d love to meet you! Hours/Schedule: Full Time, 36hrs a week, Days, Flexible Schedule Minimum Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa. required • Must be able to respond and report to work within 30 minutes when scheduled on call. • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs. • Self-motivated, detail oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.
