As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care while developing your clinical practice within a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting. About the Role: As an Enrolled Nurse , you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife to provide care aligned with professional, statutory, and regulatory requirements. You’ll contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients across a range of clinical settings, supporting safe and effective care delivery while retaining responsibility for your own practice. This role supports nurses at all levels from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse practice. You will collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and Program Nurses to ensure care delivery aligns with patient needs and service goals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with clinical care, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in team communication and handovers. You will also play a key role in upholding safety standards, promoting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to continuous service improvement. What We’re Looking For: • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. • 2 years’ experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. • Experience in assessment of a consumer. • Wound care experience. • Experience working with limited supervision.
