Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with 3+ years in a supervisory role

Strong understanding of patient enrollment processes and medical practice operations

Proficient in data analysis and comfortable with IT systems and electronic health records

Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and managing escalated patient issues

Experience in a telemedicine or virtual care environment is a strong plus
