Job Description
A company is looking for a Manager, Enrollment Specialist who will lead a team to support patient onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Enrollment Specialist team, ensuring timely task completion and effective communication
Manage the onboarding process, including incoming communications and medical records requests
Lead team development by providing performance feedback and conducting regular evaluations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of patient enrollment processes and medical practice operations
Proficient in data analysis and comfortable with IT systems and electronic health records
Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and managing escalated patient issues
Experience in a telemedicine or virtual care environment is a strong plus
