Here, you will work alongside an expert team of caregivers and physicians who prioritize personalized care, utilizing advanced technology within a safe and comfortable patient environment.
As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process—including assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation—to provide both direct and indirect patient care. You will tailor care to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that you're addressing age-appropriate requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing individualized education and care plans for patients and providing comprehensive support for family members.
• Guiding ancillary staff with your clinical judgment and understanding of patient and family needs.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction among patients, families, and physicians while adhering to patient confidentiality principles.
• Completing annual competency requirements specific to your area of practice.
Qualifications:
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
