Job Title: ER Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Ocala, FL Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule: Mixed (Rotating Weekends) or Nights (Rotating Weekends) Pay & Incentives • Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $40.00 (≈10 years of experience) • Top of Range: $45.90/hr (17+ years of experience) • Shift Differentials: • Night: +$4.25/hr • Weekend: +$3/hr (Fri 11p–Sun 11p; must work ≥4 productive hours) • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 – Days; $10,000 – Nights • Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Job Summary A 220+ bed acute care hospital in Ocala, FL is seeking a skilled ER RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. This role supports patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and want to make an immediate impact.
