Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Location: Yuma Arizona

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts (including weekends/holidays)

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Shift Differential
• Weekday Nights: +$7.00/hr
• Weekend Nights: +$9.00/hr
Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ER setting with minimal supervision.
• Safely and accurately triage all patients entering the emergency system.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and diagnostic results; respond quickly to changes.
• Communicate effectively with ER physicians and care teams.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ER standards.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and pain management.
• Support a safe, therapeutic environment and assist in cost containment.
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 3–5 years of ER experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Proficient in EMR systems with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
