A registered nurse with emergency room expertise is sought for a night shift role at a prominent Level 1 trauma hospital in Arlington, TN. This position requires a strong background in emergency nursing, with a focus on critical care skills and the ability to function effectively during overnight hours. Schedule/Hours: • Night shift • 4 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) • 48 hours per week, firm schedule Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience if previously a travel nurse, or 3 years recent ER experience without travel • Tennessee or compact nursing license required at submission (pending licenses not accepted) • Compliance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines • Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility • Experience in a large hospital environment with Level 1 trauma exposure • Return-to-Office (RTO) documentation required at submission • Ability to commit to a strict 4x12-hour shift schedule, block scheduling not guaranteed Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency room setting • Assess, triage, and care for patients with acute and critical conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards This contract opportunity offers the chance to apply emergency nursing expertise within a dynamic hospital setting.
