An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus in Emergency Room (ER) care to support patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Responsibilities: • Provide primary nursing care for patients in the ER, ICU, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). • Assist as needed on other nursing units by supporting patient transport, telemetry monitoring, and expediting care on various floors. • Participate actively as a member of the rapid response and code blue teams. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective patient care. • Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient care environment by adapting to floating assignments. Qualifications and Experience: • Current RN licensure with specific experience in ER and ICU settings is required. • Proven ability to manage critical care patients and work in fast-paced environments. • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. • Flexibility to work 12-hour evening and night shifts, approximately 72-80 hours every two weeks.
