Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department. • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. • Float to Pediatric Inpatient units as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient coverage. • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines. • Utilize advanced life support skills to respond to patient emergencies and urgent situations. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Current Tennessee or Compact RN license. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Nursing. • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and either ENPC or TNCC. • NVCI certification preferred. • Ability to adapt and float to pediatrics inpatient units when needed.
